the global debut project was announced December 31st, 2020 and stated that K, Nicholas, EJ, and Taki would be debuting with BIGHIT/HYBE Japan. They also announced that they would be holding global auditions for more members to join the group.
Kyungmin, who was also a contestant on I-land who was going to debut in this project but he decided to leave the company in may of 2021.
on may 31st, 2021 they announced that the group would be debuting sometime in 2021.
on november 4th, 2021, they updated us that the group would now be debuting in 2022 due to set backs caused by covid-19, but they opened the official twitter for the members (@andAUDITIONboys). They will also be streaming the auditions on youtube worldwide on July 9th, 2022 at 1:30pm JST.
the finalists of the program &audition were chosen on September 3rd, 2020 in a live airing of the final episode. The members will be debuting officially on December 7th, 2022 with K, Fuma, Nicholas, EJ, Yuma, Jo, Harua, Taki, and Maki.PLEASE FOLLOW AND SUPPORT THEIR UPCOMING DEBUT

i-land is a survival show where k-pop trainees competed to be a part of the group BIGHIT/HYBE group Enhypen.
23 boys from all over the world auditioned to be a part of i-land. among those competitors were the &AUDITIONboys, K, Nicholas, EJ, and Taki.
the show aired in June of 2020 with part 1 consisting of episode 1-6 and part 2 episode 7-12.
during part 1 the top 12 participants lived and trained in the i-land which was a very lavish 3-story complex while the remaining participants were on the "ground" which only consisted of a dance studio and dining area, and they had to commute there every day.
the participants' and producers' votes play a heavy role in the show, deciding through voting who will stay in i-land and who will go down to the ground. trainees could be dropped and demoted to the ground and be replaced by trainees from the ground.
in part 2 the remaining trainees in the ground would be eliminated completely and the remaining 12 would continue on to compete to be in the top 7 which had many benefits, but ultimately they were competing to debut once the show ended.Nicholas and EJ were back and forth between the i-land and the ground during the first few episodes before they were eliminated at the end of part 1.
Taki was also in and out of the ground during part 1, however he did end up being in the final 12 and making it to episode 10 before being eliminated.
K was consistently in the top 12 during part 1 and consistently in the top seven during part 2 before he was eliminated in the final episode of part 2.However, at the end of december 2020 HYBE Japan announced the GLOBAL DEBUT PROJECT!

the howling is the documentary style audition program that will introduce 11 trainees who will partake in the global debut project for a chance to debut along side confirmed members K, Nicholas, EJ, and Taki. in the 60 minute airing you will see the members and trainees in various performances as well follow the stories of their growth along the way.
at the end of the show the remaining members will be chosen to debut. it is currently unclear how many members will be in the group.
the howling will be airing on multiple platforms July 9th, 2022 at 1:30pm JST.
